Introduction
Lakeview Cottage is a self catering, 2 bedroom detached property. It is our aim to provide you with as much information as possible to assist you in enjoying your holiday.
Pre-Arrival
Covill Cottages website contains photographs of the cottage, booking information and useful links to local area attractions.
Reservations/enquiries can be made via email, telephone, or the website booking page.
Arrival and Car Parking
There is private parking for 2 vehicles outside the cottage.
Car parking is a level gravelled area which is flat and even. It is on the opposite side of the lane to the cottage. It runs onto paving slabs through the front garden to the front door.
There is one step up into the cottage.
Guests have access to the cottage from 16.00 on the day of arrival. Earlier check in may be available- email the owners.
Access
The cottage is accessed through the front garden via the front door in to the kitchen. There is a small step up into the cottage.
Key safe located next to the front door.
Outside light with sensor.
There are no grab rails in place at the access point.
Kitchen
Yorkshire stone floor.
The kitchen is well equipped with a wide selection of cooking equipment and utensils.
Evenly lit open plan kitchen.
Good contrast between floor, cupboards and other surfaces.
Electric cooker and hob, washing machine, fridge with small freezer compartment are all integrated.
Dining table and four chairs.
Lounge
There is a single small step down from the kitchen in to the lounge.
Two seated sofa and two arm chairs.
Coffee table.
Flat screen smart TV.
Flooring is Yorkshire stone flags with some mats.
There is an open range fireplace with a basket of logs and supply of kindling provided for our guests.
An open plan wooden staircase with tread covers leads from the lounge to the upstairs.
There is a banister on one side of the staircase.
Master Bedroom
King size double bed with duvet.
Solid wood flooring.
Dressing table with draws and cupboards.
Bedside tables each side of the bed with lampWall mounted hangers.
House Bathroom
Show over the bath- no grab rails. Anti slip mat available.
Mirror over the sink with light and shaving socket.
Well lit.
Heated towel rail- linen provided.
Solid wood flooring.
Twin bedroom
Two single beds with duvets.
Solid wood flooring with none rugs each side of the beds.
Dressing table with draws and stool.
Bedside tables with table lamps.
Wooden hangers on wall for clothes.

Front Garden
The front garden area is accessed from the kitchen door.
It is a travelled area with stone paths.
Area is well planted with flowering pots and tubs.
Patio furniture consists of a table and four chairs.
The garden is enclosed by a stone wall.

Mobile phone- some networks are patchy.

Unlimited Super-fast Broad Band is available.
We accept up to a maximum of 3 dogs.
